Family Therapy: Our Experiment in Communal Living

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it."  -- Rumi

In a safe and supportive setting, family members openly express issues of concern, misunderstanding and struggle, accompanied by a full range of emotional expression and sharing. Awakened perceptions, here-and-now presence and interpersonal skills are developed as each family member fully "meets" and experiences the other and learns a skill-set to support a better balance of separateness and togetherness, self and other in connection,  shared understanding and mutual respect.
